Please join SAT-7 in sending messages of support to our Persian brothers and sisters in Christ in Iran.

We wish to assure them that they are not forgotten and that we are praying for them. Our prayer is that one day Iran will be free from oppression and that people will be able to worship openly and have access to the Bible. We also remember in prayer the Christian leaders who are in prison, praying that they will be set free and that justice will be done.

To express your support for Christians in Iran, please complete the box opposite. Your messages will encourage and build up Christians in Iran as well as the SAT-7 PARS team itself. Selected messages will be translated into Farsi and many will be read out on SAT-7 PARS, appear on screen, or be used on SAT-7’s Farsi language website. The Christian community in Iran has not been extinguished since the time of Jesus; in fact today, although Persian Christians officially make up less than 1% of Iran’s population, there is a growing underground movement of cell churches and believers. The risks involved in being a Christian in Iran have never been greater, with the regime cracking down on Christians and frequently arresting house church leaders. Yet the Church there is growing every day as people turn to Christ and find hope in His name.

SAT-7 PARS provides satellite television programmes to support the Persian church. In partnership with Persian Christians in the Diaspora, SAT-7 PARS produces and broadcasts culturally appropriate, and powerful, television programming that is having an incredible impact on its viewers.
