SAT-7 UK is a strategic charity working to see a growing Church in the Middle East and North Africa, confident in Christian faith and witness, serving the community and contributing to the good of society and culture.
SAT-7 UK has grown rapidly in terms of volume of activity and complexity. We are, therefore, looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.
The Finance manager will report to the CEO, and will be responsible for the effective financial management of SAT-7 UK including the preparation of financial plans and reports. They will take a senior role in leading and setting professional financial standards. The role will have further professional support from a member of the SAT-7 UK Board Finance Sub-Committee.
Candidates should have a minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 or equivalent and post qualification experience. We are looking for a strong manager, with excellent process and analytical skills, who will enjoy the challenge of working in a growing team.
There is an Occupational Requirement, in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010, for this role to be filled by a committed Christian.
The role will be based in our Chippenham office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, with a valid visa and work permit already in place if required.

Hours: up to 37.5 hours / week (part time and flexible working considered)
Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 pro rata
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata
