But something is happening. A small SAT-7 team are broadcasting live from the roof of their studio. Even as ominous clouds of smoke rise around them, these courageous believers are standing firm. Doing their job. Broadcasting hope.
And now, this same team need your help.
These rooftop broadcasts back in December 2024 turned into Good Morning from Beirut, a live, interactive programme that portrays the realities facing communities affected by conflict and displacement. As you know, 2026 has brought further challenges for the people of Lebanon.

Honestly, we don’t know why this is happening to us. We have been leaving our homes and moving our belongings for a year now. Why should we be humiliated and forced onto the streets? A homeland should be a place where you live in safety. We cannot understand why this is happening to us…if there is even a purpose.
Believe me, if it weren’t for our faith, the love in our hearts, and the hope we have, we might have given up long ago. Maybe we will need psychological help to recover from this state. But we say that the Lord Jesus is with us. He protects us and strengthens us, and if it weren’t for Him, we wouldn’t have been able to continue today. ”
Can you feel the desperation and pain in her words? And yet Nisrine still holds fast to a bright hope for tomorrow. She clings to Jesus.
