“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). Pray that Lebanese Christians will be deeply encouraged by Jesus’ teaching and the hope of His second coming.

“Help us to see one another with your heart of forgiveness and to shine with your light in such dark times,” prayed Petra, a SAT-7 ARABIC viewer from Lebanon. “Let us make way for peace and joy, and teach us to overcome our differences.” Pray that our viewers will learn more about peace-making from our programmes.

Earlier this year, our Arabic social media brand ‘SAT-7 Parents’ launched So They Stay Safe, a 20-part series helping mothers and fathers support their children through fear, stress and uncertainty. Pray this programme will equip viewers to create a secure environment for their children.

“I am a fan of SAT-7, and I sincerely thank you,” shared Joseph, a man from Lebanon. “SAT-7 is indeed a television station, but I like to call it a beacon, because it spreads the word of truth throughout the Arab world and beyond.” Pray that many more people in the Arab-speaking world will see the light of Christ through our programmes.

“Through your prayers, I felt supported and reminded that Jesus is with me in every difficulty,” Melissa from Lebanon told us. “At a time when I felt lost and did not know how to pray or even speak to Jesus, you guided and encouraged me.” Thank God that Lebanese people like Melissa are getting closer to Jesus through interacting with SAT-7.

The third edition of SAT-7’s Story Creators Internship has launched, equipping around 20 Gen-Z participants from Egypt with skills in directing, editing, videography, and scriptwriting. Pray that God will guide these young creatives to develop their gifts and discover the callings on their lives.

“I have been watching SAT-7 since 2006, and God has used it greatly in shaping my life,” said Joud from Algeria. “When I first believed, there was no church in the area where I lived... SAT-7 became like a church to me, and through it I learned many spiritual truths.” Pray that more isolated Christians in Algeria will discover SAT-7.

“They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world” (John 17:16-18). Pray that SAT-7’s staff will have a heart to reach the world while remembering they are not of it.

Through personal testimony, Bible teaching and honest discussion, SAT-7 ARABIC’s podcast Nabad – which translates as “Heartbeat” – is bringing difficult and often painful questions into the open, such as “where is God in sickness?” and “why do bad things happen to good people?” Pray listeners will find satisfying answers to their questions.

Among the many messages SAT-7 receives every day from its viewers are prayers for communities, nations, and the whole region. Ask God to encourage our viewers to keep praying fervently for change while always seeking to know, and submit to, God’s will. Over the next few days, let’s join with their prayers.

Lord, may all the broken-hearted people of Iran come to you and receive your healing. O Lord, true freedom comes from you alone, so we proclaim your freedom, your healing for every soul in this land, your comfort and healing to the broken-hearted.”

A man named Mecnun from Türkiye: “I pray that the people of Türkiye may come to know the salvation and freedom found in Jesus Christ. I am praying for the continuation of SAT-7’s ministry and for God’s blessing upon it.”

Tara, female SAT-7 ARABIC viewer: “We are from Syria, praying for peace and safety to prevail, and asking God to protect all Christians, guide the situation, and bring peace to everyone. We entrust all our matters to the Lord Jesus.”

Ajmal, male SAT-7 PARS viewer: “I ask the Lord to touch the hearts of all the people of Afghanistan and let the Holy Spirit dwell within them. I pray for lasting peace and security to prevail in our homeland, in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.”

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Pray that more Christians around the world will be moved to pray for leaders in the MENA.

Fanan, female SAT-7 PARS viewer: “I pray for the Kurdish people and their leaders so that they may make the right decision in the name of Jesus Christ! My prayer is for Iraq and its leaders, and for the Kurds and their leaders. And for the Christians in Iraq: may they rise up and pray and not be afraid. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!”

Delkash, Persian-speaking woman living in Finland: “Lord, bring Your justice... Lord, I pray with tears and sighing, that You heal those who are broken in body and spirit; for families who have lost loved ones; for mothers who still can’t take in their loss. Be their comfort. O God, the grief is too great to bear, and the injustice is too much. Please bring it to an end.”

After almost three months without internet, Christians in Iran were once again able to connect with people and resources outside the country, such as SAT-7 PARS’ live Bible-teaching webinars. Pray these sessions will continue helping isolated Christians like Elham, who said she felt “revived” after participating.

After watching Jesus Is Our Strength, Rawya from Lebanon said: “I learned that Jesus’ love for me is complete, meaning no matter how many wrong things I do or how much I fail, He still loves me. This changed my view of myself.” Pray that more young people like Rawya will encounter Jesus’ love through SAT-7’s programmes.

The Breath of Life on SAT-7 TÜRK (pictured), now in its third season, applies God’s Word to the particular circumstances of our Turkish viewers, many of whom are isolated believers. Pray that God will use this show to strengthen the Church in Türkiye.

Firas, a man from Tunisia, told us: “I want to attend a church and get to know Jesus and other Christians, but I have not been baptized and come from a different background. I am afraid to enter a church because I fear the consequences.” Thank God that Firas decided to follow Jesus, and pray that he will develop an unshakeable faith.

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need” (Hebrews 4:16). Thank God for His amazing grace and the confidence we have in His presence because of it.

When reflecting on the 30th anniversary of SAT-7, Rami Al-Halaseh, Executive Director of SAT-7’s Arabic channels, said: “This celebration is summarised in a few words: It is through His grace and for His glory. We cannot move one step forward without the grace of God, and everything we do is for the glory of God.” Thank God for His grace to SAT-7 over 30 eventful years.

“The world becomes a better place when people’s hearts are changed and this can only happen through the love and grace of Jesus Christ,” said Armita, an teenage SAT-7 PARS viewer originally from Afghanistan. Pray that more of our Persian-speaking viewers will discover and embrace God’s undeserved favour!

Life-giving Message is a Bible-teaching programme in Tajik Persian designed for new believers, seekers, and non-believers. The importance of repentance is a recurring theme in the programme, along with the greatness of God’s love and grace. Pray that viewers will be filled with awe as they consider God’s gracious nature.

A young man from Sudan asked our Arabic Viewer Support team, “How do I know that I am living in grace?” Our team were able to explain what a relationship with God looks like and share the Gospel. Thank God that Mokhtar accepted a new relationship with Jesus!

After watching SAT-7 PARS programme Principles of Faith, an Iranian woman named Ramona said: “I really learn a lot from your programme, and I give thanks for each one of you. Thank God for His grace, against which the enemy is powerless.” Thank God that Iranians are learning about His grace through our programmes!

“The best thing is that regardless of what happens, we are very dear to the Lord Jesus,” said Kayla, a teenage girl from Egypt. “No matter the sins we commit, He forgives us and embraces us like the prodigal son, rejoicing over us.” Thank God that His unconditional love is offered to all and that young people like Kayla are experiencing it.
