You’re invited to SAT-7’s Prayer Meeting for Iran

It’s amazing how quickly the news cycle moves on. The situation in Iran, which was dominating headlines merely days ago, has already started to disappear from our screens and newspapers.

But with thousands arrested, thousands more dead, and an ongoing internet shutdown, the after-effects of Iran’s widespread protests will continue to shape the lives of Iranians in the weeks and months ahead.

And though most of our media outlets have moved on, SAT-7 continues to be there for the people of Iran, broadcasting messages of hope and encouragement 24/7 to those who need it most. As the nationwide internet outage continues, SAT-7’s satellite television channels are a lifeline for Iranian viewers – particularly Iranian Christians, who are now cut off from their fellow believers.

As the world moves to the next big story, let’s not be so quick to forget in our prayers. Please join us to pray for Iran on Wednesday, 28 January, at 8pm.
