Hope for Iran? An afternoon with Omeed Jouyandeh (SAT-7)
This Autumn, you are warmly invited to come and join SAT-7 at a special event in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Each week, SAT-7 hears from thousands of viewers across the Middle East and, no matter how the current crisis is unfolding, we would love to share how you and your church can be praying.
What? Our special guest speaker from SAT-7 PARS, our Persian television channel, will be sharing personal reflections on the church in Iran, impact stories, and exclusive insights into the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
When? 2pm – 4pm, Wednesday 14 October 2026.
Where? T3 Conference & Event Centre, The House of Vic-Ryn, Moria Road, Lisburn, BT28 2RF.

About Omeed Jouyandeh:
I lived in Iran to the age of 12 and moved to the UK two years before the revolution. I came to Christ in 1985 from an atheist background and it was after 2012 that my faith deepened, bringing greater assurance and more profound change.
From 2006 to 2009 and from 2015 to the present, I have serving in a Persian-speaking fellowship locally, as well as in the church worship group.
In 2018 I joined SAT-7 PARS translating, writing, and producing the monthly PARS Calendar to inform prayer and intercession for Persian-speaking Christians.
