A Christian youth festival in Egypt was so packed that people were “squashed in the aisles”, but that did not deter the spiritually hungry crowd! The sixth annual OneThing festival in Wadi el Natroun took place from 1-3 October with around 7,000 people attending each day. One of the main speakers, Rev. Sameh Maurice (below right), said that the packed […]

I have lived in Lebanon for almost three years yet I still feel I am discovering new things every day. This morning I took a different route to church suggested by my friend and we drove by an ancient Roman aqueduct, built into the cliffs rising above Beirut centuries upon centuries ago. Only five minutes from my apartment and I […]
“Jesus… Jesus… Jesus…” the song that was born at the historic prayer night on September 11, 2011 has become the theme song of any large Christian event in the country. Our plan was to present a […]
For the ongoing situation in Syria, and the current horror unfolding in Iraq, that God in His mercy will intervene and stop the terrorist organisations. Pray for the faith of Christians in these troubled regions, that their faith will stay firm, and that God will grant His peace to those who reach out for it.
A wide range of SAT-7’s programming is aiming to speak through conflicts, and try to bring areas of understanding between opposing parties. Please pray that the team will keep having fresh ideas, and that they will reach more and more people across the Middle East with God’s message of love.
